The inner voice

Tenderness takes time.

I know more now about what it costs to care. I still want to be the one who calls first. I used to think I’d grow out of writing the note or saying the thing first. If anything, I do it more often now. I know what it feels like to be on the receiving end. I’d wear this watch as a reminder of something I’ve grown into and want to keep.

The design

Pink in small measure

Elizabeth Pink marks twelve with two slender pale-pink baguettes. Their narrow outlines keep the colour close to the top of the cream dial. Beneath them, the applied A.R. signature and small seconds at six complete the vertical arrangement.

The 28 mm yellow-gold case design sits between the cream dial and a blush leather strap. The strap takes up the hue of the stones in a softer, broader surface. The sculpted crown carries the A.R. signature in profile.

The gemstone brief calls for a matched pair with restrained pink colour. The final pair will be judged together in the same light for scale, hue and alignment.
